HEXHAM ABBEY RINGERS' NEWS & DIARY

NEWS

Hexham Y came 2^nd in the 8 bell striking contest at Whitley Bay on Saturday, 9^th June 2007, and won the President’s Plate for the best striking contest band. Hexham X came 3^rd ringing Plain Bob Triples.

Hexham X and Hexham Y came 1^st and 2^nd in the 6 bell eliminator heat at Ponteland on Saturday, 3^rd March 2007.

Hexham Abbey Guild of Bellringers AGM: Took place at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 14^th March 2007 in the Monastic Workshop. There were two changes of officers. Ruth Kemsley became Deputy Tower Captain and Mike Le Marie became steeplekeeper
